PAYMENT
Credit or debit cards:
You can pay for your purchase through the integrated payment gateway for through our website when you complete your purchase. This acquisition is conducted under a secure gateway.
Bank Transfer:
To pay by bank transfer, simply make a transfer to account number: Banco Santander - IBAN: ES74 0075 0078 0006 0146 8903 indicating your order number and send the receipt via email to info@blackarrow.es.
Paypal:
You can pay by Paypal payment service. When you complete the purchase by selecting this payment method, you will automatically connect to a gateway to do the same. Once complete, you receive a payment confirmation via email.
Cash on delivery:
You can request this service for shopping. Just select the end of it and send it automatically. The shipment must be paid along with the shipping directly to the freight delivery.
-WARRANTY RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, for a period of 7 days (from receipt thereof) may reject the whole or part. You can ask us to change products or refund (postage not included).

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you must apply the same change in our email: info@blackarrow.es and tell you how to proceed.
RATES
Prices shown on our website are in EURO and are including 21% VAT. Sales to countries outside the EU VAT will be deducted at the end of the buying process.

SHIPPING
National:
Shipments to mainland and Portugal (not islands) are performed by the company NACEX with a cost of 6 € to a weight of 5kg and delivery in 24-48 hours if the order is placed before 12H. Above 5kg, the shipping will be done by MAIL with delivery in 3-5 days depending on destination at the same cost.
The shipments for balearic, will be made by the company NACEX with a cost of 12 € up to a weight of 5 kg and 24-48H delivery if the order is placed before 12H. Above 5kg, the shipping will be done by MAIL with delivery in 3-5 days depending on destination at the same cost.
Shipments bound for Gran Canaria, Ceuta and Melilla, shall be made by POST at a cost of 12 € to a weight of 5kg and delivery in 5-8 business days. These shipments must clear customs, making customs clearance agency's own transport, assuming the recipient all the costs of taxes and paperwork generated.
International:
International shipments to the following destinations:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland will be made by the company MRW at a cost of € 20 to a weight of 2kg and delivery in 3-4 business days .
All other international shipments by destination and / or weight, will be performed by POST with a cost of 30 € to a weight of 5kg and delivery in 10-20 days. These shipments can clear customs, making customs clearance agency's own transport and the recipient assuming all costs of taxes and paperwork generated.
